I can’t even begin to describe how happy, grateful, and excited I am right now! My book, Sunkissed in Almere, has been featured in Almere DEZE WEEK, our beloved local newspaper, and it feels absolutely surreal! Seeing my passion project come to life and now being recognized in the community I love is beyond incredible.

Why I created this book
Fashion has always been my playground; a way to explore, reinvent, and celebrate who I am. But I also believe that fashion is a powerful tool for storytelling. Every outfit we wear tells a story about our confidence, our moods, our dreams.
With Sunkissed in Almere, I wanted to capture the magic of fearless self-expression, using Almere’s stunning urban landscapes as the perfect backdrop. Through a mix of bold photography, vibrant colors, and a touch of my signature ‘tropical diva’ flair, this book is an invitation to embrace your own unique style and let your confidence shine.
Almere: A city that inspires me
I have always been in love with Almere; not just for its sleek architecture and open spaces, but for its energy, diversity, and limitless possibilities. This city dares to be different, and that’s exactly the spirit I wanted to celebrate in this book.
The photoshoots were a dream come true, blending bold fashion statements with Almere’s contemporary cityscape. The way the sunlight dances on the modern facades, the openness of the streets, the fresh and creative atmosphere it all embodies the free-spirited essence of my book!
